Account Manager

The required skill set for an Account Manager is a mix of the circus performer that spins all the plates and that organization expert with her own Netflix series. It’s not about how you fold your shirts, but it is about being able to stay organized and on top of everything while you keep all those plates spinning.

zag is looking for a professional multi-tasker that can think on their feet and coordinate the resources of the firm to provide solutions for a variety of client needs. Managing multiple clients means ongoing project management, budgeting, and finding ways to sometimes do the impossible.

We are looking for someone with 5 years of account management experience at an agency with a demonstrated track record of not just meeting challenges but anticipating them and them moving swiftly to put plans into place. Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset, as it’s a vertical we are focusing on and growing.
