<p>Caisse Financial Group with assets of $1.5 billion is a bilingual co-operative financial institution offering comprehensive financial products and services through a network of 19 branches in Manitoba.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Classification:</strong> Permanent; Full time</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Work Location in Manitoba:</strong> 400 &ndash; 205 Provencher Boulevard, Winnipeg</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice-President, Marketing &amp; Communications leads the marketing team and is in charge of developing and executing the strategic marketing plan for Caisse Financial Group. He or she leads and directs the design, development, delivery/implementation and evaluation of all marketing initiatives that support the short-term sales and operational needs of the Caisse while maintaining a long-term focus on the Caisse&rsquo;s growth and brand vision.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing the strategic marketing plan, including all media and promotional activities, as well as community events</li> <li>Supporting sales through targeted marketing initiatives at all Caisse branch locations</li> <li>Working with the executive team and building marketing tactics to support growth objectives</li> <li>Planning and optimizing digital marketing initiatives</li> <li>Developing and managing the Caisse&rsquo;s corporate communication program</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing with a minimum 10 years of experience in marketing financial services<br /> and data analysis, at a senior level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li>Experience required &nbsp;in strategic planning, market development and preparation of creative promotional materials in print, Internet and all other media</li> <li>Strong project management skills; highly organized; highly analytical</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Ability to establish priorities and organize resources quickly and efficiently with a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Strong knowledge of web and social media platforms and related analytics and assessment tools</li> <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Reader/Professional, Word Press<br /> and various marketing software</li> <li>Bilingual communication skills are required; highly proficient in both French and English, written and verbal</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Salary</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary range according to experience and industry standards</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package and incentive plan included</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Application Deadline: </strong><strong>February 28, 2019</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Please submit your resume with cover letter to:</strong></p> <p>Human Ressources</p> <p>Caisse Financial Group</p> <p>400 &ndash; 205 Provencher Boulevard</p> <p>Winnipeg, Manitoba R2H 0G4</p> <p></p> <p><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><em>Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</em></p>
