In your capacity as Senior Marketing Associate, you will be reporting to the VP, Client Experience and be responsible for enhancing Pro-Demnity’s digital presence, growing our podcast, maintaining a positive brand reputation, ensuring cohesive messaging, increasing engagement and reach through powerful content strategies, and supporting client experience strategies. This is a truly unique and dynamic role!
The Opportunity
Digital Marketing Management:
- Develop, implement, measure performance of, and report on targeted, integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Leverage Google Marketing Platform (Tag Manager, Data Studio, Analytics & Search Console) to analyze the success of marketing efforts and to better understand webpage users.
- Enhance Google Business Profile and monitor information accuracy.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Social Media and Podcast Management:
- Social Media Content Development and Platform Management (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.,)
- Develop, implement, and manage Follower Acquisition Campaign on LinkedIn.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and drive growth of Architects’ Claims Stories podcast; support the creation of a subscriber and sponsor strategy.
Website and Content Management
- Website content development and maintenance (working in concert with IT and external agency)
- Create an external editorial content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across channels,
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to verify brand consistency in online communications and address any discrepancies.
- Utilize Google Analytics tools to track the performance and adjust digital content and marketing efforts.
- Manage the monthly e-newsletter, identifying content gaps and opportunities, and coordinating the writing of same
- Create graphic and visual elements that align with the brand identity.
- Other duties/responsibilities as required/assigned.
About You
You are an inquisitive, self-driven and self-guided individual with the empathy to support positive client experiences, while maintaining and improving marketing communications processes. You bring:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, public relations, or communications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or communications role, with demonstrable experience with external communications, B2B marketing and managing a company’s brand.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful multi-channel campaign plans and delivering on campaign goals.
- Strong marketing sales acumen and campaign forecasting.
- Designations: CMA, CMP are definite assets.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity working within corporate brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of Client Experience (CX) program design is a distinguishing asset.
- Knowledge of insurance products, industry and trends is an asset.
- Strong proven proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite – Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner, One Note & One Drive) and its tools successfully.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
- Google Analytics, SEO, SEM.
- Wordpress.
- Exceptional:

- problem-solving capacity, finding creative solutions to meet objectives;
- collaboration and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective working relationships across a wide range of internal and external groups; and
- written and verbal communication.
