In today's competitive market, rooting creativity in strategy makes the difference between a decent campaign and one that inspires people to act. TinyEYE Therapy Services is looking for a strategic minded marketer - with a love for technology and a passion for kids - to join our team as we expand in the North American teletherapy market.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will lead the development, execution, reporting, and evaluation of TinyEYE’s marketing - in the therapy category - across North America. You will:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of marketing for the therapy category, ranging from market research to reporting
  • Create category marketing and sales strategies that align with short and long-term corporate goals
  • Proactively communicate strategies, progress, and results to cross-functional teams at multiple levels of the organization to enhance engagement, support, and success in the therapy category
  • Develop and implement campaigns from internal educational resources to external promotional tools that will maximize lead generation. Focusing largely on digital channels, this may range from online resources and social media to direct marketing, with minimal print collateral
  • Lead journey mapping for the therapy category, providing touch point and opportunity analysis, recommending improvements to boost impact and fast-track decision making
  • Initiate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships while being responsible for budgets and quality of work
  • Drive strategy through market research; understand the market size, share, competition, and opportunities
  • Analyze marketing processes and tools while evaluating and recommending alternatives to improve ROI in conjunction with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams - providing support, advice, guidance, and data - to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and decisions are based on facts that will improve performance
  • Lead and contribute to projects with cross-functional teams providing support 
  • Provide support with drafting and administering client-partner contracts and agreements
  • Assist other marketing and sales projects as required
