You get obsessive about all things PPC and you know more Excel shortcuts than you care to admit. You’ve been passionate about technology and computers for as long as you can remember. To you, building, supporting and maintaining PPC strategies isn’t work – it’s your calling. For this creative role, we’re looking for a forward-thinker (and forward-doer) who will be responsible to develop, implement and optimize online paid ad placement, pay-per-click advertising and search engine initiatives to make sure the AMA experience is heads above the rest and that AMA’s external and internal communications needs are fulfilled.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Recommend and monitor PPC budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign strategy that defines how marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all Insurance products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enrich page content and lower CPC.
  • Coordinate with other online content creators to plan and implement integrated campaigns.
  • Perform detailed analysis and report results across programs, campaigns and segments and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Continually test/optimize existing campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with Designers, Writers and UX designers and Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise-level measurement, analytics and reporting measures to gauge success.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a university degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as Digital Marketing, Communications or Computer Science.
  • You have a minimum of three years of Paid Search (PPC) marketing experience working in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house retail creative team.
  • You have expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and some html coding.
  • You have highly developed editing and proofreading skills.
  • You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • You will get bonus points for having experience with SEO.
  • Google AdWords Certification is required.
