* The agency’s expert on a given client and/or business category
* Manages business to Goal as outlined and agreed upon by Executive leadership
* Moves the agency from Tactical Partner to Trusted Advisor across all business
* Directs a team responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of project types (Strategy, Data, DM, Social, Digital)
* Manages job-level and account-level profitability of the business
* Works in a proactive manner to provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs of the client
* Ensures proper agency support is allocated to client jobs
* Analyzes client input and applies background knowledge to direct the internal Rauxa team
* Manages client annual budgets and communicates updates to clients as needed


About You:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
* Strong account management and marketing/advertising background
* 10 or more years of agency experience
* Sales Analysis Reporting
* Digital
* CRM Marketing
