Social Media Manager


Reporting to the Director Brand & Communications, the Social Media Manager will support in the execution of the marketing strategy with a focus on content development across various social media channels. Tasked with executing and working collectively with all internal and external stakeholders, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the content and creative execution of all social media and online community marketing initiatives, while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize brand awareness and communication across our social platforms.

More specifically your duties will include:

  • Creation of content calendar MoM
  • Daily posts across social channels, including drafting content, pulling articles etc.
  • Active management of social media properties including daily posts across all platforms; Twitter, FB & LinkedIn
  • Support TikTok influencer program
  • Trustpilot management – replying to all customer reviews, managing suppressions, optimizing platform + continuous communication Trustpilot through monthly meetings
  • Continuously access ways to optimize presence across social platforms
  • Support reporting and analytics for social media platforms + Trustpilot
  • Lead competitive review – quarterly competitive analysis report on what key competitors are doing across social, website and product offerings
  • Charged with staying on top of the latest social media trends and platforms
  • Support across website as required (WordPress)
  • Develop curated posts for executives and key employees to grow engagement and following
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or product marketing

  • Sprout (social media management platform)
  • WordPress experience
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Photoshop
