Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our product research and product launch process. It'll be your job to understand what's really happening with customers and discover data-driven insights that drive commercial growth. Attention to detail along with the ability to grasp and translate customer research into sound business decision-making is critical. Reporting to the CMO, you will be the expert in our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge across our entire organization.

How will you make an impact?
- Product research: working hand-in-hand with our Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, be the expert on our buyers and users and distill this research into data-driven insights and transfer this knowledge across our organization
- Business cases: working closely with Product Management team, build the processes and analysis to translate customer research insights into business cases for prioritizing product enhancement
Product launch: drive the launch of new products and releases, defining product positioning, unique sales propositions, and metrics by which success is to be measured
Segmentation: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Firmex’s products in the market on buyer group customer personas
- Communication: Work with marketing programs, brand management, and digital marketing teams to ensure that appropriate product themes are communicated to the market
What will you bring?
- 3 years in Product Marketing and/or Product Management, with at least 3 years of technical marketing experience
Exceptional research and analytical skills; you’re as comfortable interviewing our clients as you are with our business intelligence database
Very strong written communication skills
A demonstrated passion for the development and execution of ‘voice of customer’ research
A “roll up the sleeves” attitude: a self-starting orientation with the intense drive to “make things happen"
A True Team Player: You have the ability to coordinate resources across the entire company and build rapport with key participants in the go-to-market strategy
Customer Focused: You have previous experience collaborating with a highly driven Sales and Customer Success team as demonstrated through solid understanding of sales pipelines and enterprise software sales cycles
Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles and practices such as Agile and Pragmatic Marketing
