Digital Media Buyer

As the Digital Media buyer, your work has a direct impact on our success and growth. You’re a motivated, self-directed, analytical, organized person and if you do get stuck you work with your colleagues to solve it together. We’re in the business of LGBTQ2S+ media (xtramagazine.com), gay dating website (squirt.org) and gay dating app (GuySpy) so there’s always lots going on in this fun and fast-paced workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and reporting on multi-platform campaigns. You will be our paid advertising expert and work with our marketing team to make sure we are at the top of our game with every campaign!

The successful candidate will have campaign management experience, a high attention to detail, is comfortable working with explicit sexual content, and the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets including, but not limited to, new memberships and traffic within a specified budget

  • Managing the daily execution of digital programmatic media campaigns in various DSPs and advertising networks

  • Analyzing and researching the target audience’s character, purchasing, and media habits

  • Maintaining contacts with media owners, ensuring statistics and viewing traffic figures are up to date

  • Managing affiliate networks

  • Advising the creative and marketing team on the most effective online media combination

  • Driving quality traffic to our websites

Your capabilities:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of online campaign management and traffic generation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other quantitative fields

  • Proven strong analytical acumen and decision-making experience

  • Proven success in managing online campaigns, media relations, and traffic generation

  • Knowledge of website and app conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA

  • Strong knowledge of Display Network management

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
