Victoria Education Solutions Inc. is a well-known education organization (known as Victoria Training Center) formed up in 2009 with a business scope that offering a variety of job training and career related services to Chinese international students/graduates and new immigrants with different backgrounds to help them find their dream job in Canada quickly. Victoria Education Solutions Inc. currently has three main locations in Canada (Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver) presently and looking for expansion. Now Victoria Education Solutions Inc. is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to conduct overall administration and operation tasks within the company in order to help our business to grow fast and make our daily operation smoothly.

Salary: $60.00 per hour,

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a Chief Operating Officer(Required)

Minimum 15 years’ management experience in a high-performing team.(Required)

Education requirement:

Master’s degree in business, engineering, or education field;

Work experience requirements:

  1. 3+ years’ Proven experience as Chief Operating Office.
  2. 15+ years’ management experience in a high-performing team of a multicultural or international company.
  3. Experience in startup business will be a plus.

  1. Experience effectively leading a performance-based organization is an asset.
  2. Strategic thinker, strong hands-on leadership skills with the ability to influence and persuade others, especially across organizational boundaries. Well respected by management, peers, and direct reports.

  1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  2. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  3. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
  4. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  5. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
  6. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  7. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
  8. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  9. Write and submit reports to the president in all matters of importance.
  10. Assist president to analyze financial reports.
  11. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  12. Build trust with employees and business partners and inspire the team through compelling communication.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
