DP World Vancouver is in the midst of phenomenal growth and in turn, has created the role of Manager, Marketing to tell their story. This person will create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with DP World’s commercial goals and objectives and will grow an impactful brand that differentiates itself in a competitive and robust market. Reporting to the Director, Commercial, the incumbent will be a self-starter with superior relationship building, client service excellence, communications and project management capacity.  The Manager, who will be the company’s most senior marketing leader, will work closely with the growing Commercial team and be responsible for directing all strategic and operational marketing initiatives while at the same time rolling up their sleeves to work cross functionally to get new initiatives implemented effectively across the whole of DP World’s operations.

 

As the ideal candidate, you are a creative marketing professional with a Business and/or Marketing degree, combined with a minimum of five to seven years of progressive leadership in B2B marketing, encompassing strategy, brand development, social media, product management, events, advertising and promotions. In addition, you are imaginative, tech astute and business minded with the proven ability to successfully transform an organization’s marketing to one that differentiates and resonates in a complex marketplace. The ability to be nimble and embrace an environment of continuous improvement and progressive change is key.
