Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Languages: English    
Education:College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:3 years to less than 5 years
Ability to Supervise:1 to 2 people
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
Additional Skills: Train and supervise staff
Area of Specialization: Project management, Interactive/new media, Audio/audio-visual
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, MS Word, MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, JavaScript, InDesign, HTML editing software
Specific Skills:
Gather, research and prepare communications material, Answer written and oral inquiries, Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs, Initiate and maintain contact with the media, Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes, Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
