Our Ontario Wallcovering & Décor Products is the biggest wallpaper and wall décor wholesaler in Canada and the US. We carry 120 wallpaper collections, 2,000 designs and over 300,000 rolls in stock.

Job Opportunity

• Position: Marketing Co-ordinator
• Type of Job: Permanent Full-time
• Wage: $32.25 per hour
• Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: 4309 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M3N 1V7

Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing needs of the company, and develop and implement appropriate marketing and promotional strategies
• Plan, implement and improve communication strategies and programs designed to inform customers and employees
• Advise wholesale and retail customers on promotions, sales, and special offers
• Answer written or oral inquires from customers
• Collect feedbacks from customers to identify their interests and concerns and to ensure marketing messages delivered to customers accurately
• Assist in preparation of flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other materials for print or social media
• Develop and implement the communication strategies, initiate and maintain the media relations on behalf of the company
• Monitor the traditional and social media channels to ensure the company’s public image is accurate and maintained accordingly
• Develop and organize events for publicity, promotions, and information purposes
• Prepare reports and present ideas and findings to management team

Qualifications/Skills

• College diploma or university degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency working in a Microsoft Office environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
• Language requirement: English
