Reports to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic input into IFSE’s annual marketing communications plan to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives
- Responsible for creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns to promote IFSE and its offerings including coordination of all platforms (i.e. website, email, newsletter, traditional media, social media, digital marketing)
- Create, manage, and coordinate all content (including design) for IFSE’s website
- Develop and implement an email communication strategy for IFSE’s various target audiences
- Manage all corporate social media accounts
- Write, edit and post marketing and communications content on IFSE’s website and social media platforms
- Responsible for the development of all marketing collateral and communications (i.e. media releases, brochures, flyers, blogs, articles, white papers, presentations, brochures, postcards, newsletters, etc.)
- Organize and maintain all files, images and assets
- Ensure all communications are accurate and consistent with IFSE’s style guide, brand image, and messaging
- Effectively manage project timelines and budgets
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure they are fulfilling their obligations to IFSE’s satisfaction
- Formulate relationships with industry media outlets and partners
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing strategies and recommend improvements to increase the efficacy
- Collaborate with other IFSE team members to ensure the marketing communications reflects IFSE’s product and service offerings
- Stay abreast of new developments within IFSE as well as the financial services industry

Skills:
- Must have exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
- A confident self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources, develop relationships and achieve objectives
- Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing (web, social media, and email)
- Knowledge of WordPress, Dreamweaver and online software applications such as SurveyMonkey and MailChimp
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the development and execution of marketing plans
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, markets, and products is an asset
- French an asset
