Reporting to the Director CRM and Loyalty, this position is responsible for the co-ordination of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and ongoing project to expand the program to include lifecycle communications, increase membership and expand product categories.  This includes preparing and updating program and project plans, managing vendors and internal stakeholders, coordinating planning, technology, creative and content development, and collecting and providing feedback and campaign results.  Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining presentations, status reporting and financial/budget management.  This position will also identify trends and opportunities through research and analysis; compile, review and interpret data from multiple sources in order to complete quality reports to illustrate project and program progress.

 

Qualifications:

Your qualifications for the role of Senior Planner, CRM, will be reflected in the following profile:

  • Superior project management abilities; must be confident in coordinating multiple concurrent tasks within a matrix team, from beginning to completion in a fast-paced deadline-driven work environment
  • Previous experience working with advertising agencies, graphic designers and technology vendors in a marketing, advertising and retail environment.  Related post-secondary education an asset.
  • Experience coordinating a variety of marketing content and collateral.  Knowledge of advertising terms and procedures.  Experience preparing briefs, summaries, budget tracking reports, and project plans/schedules.  Experience using Microsoft Project software is an asset.
  • Working experience with email marketing, digital marketing or a marketing/sales CRM platform is a definite asset.
  • Working experience with lifecycle marketing an asset.
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking are definite assets.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior proofreading skills are a must.
  • Ability to deal with confidential issues, meet tight deadlines and work as a team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
