Client Account Executive

The role of Account Executive is to provide service to our clients by assisting assigned account teams in a variety of tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to: campaign management, processing orders, running data counts, ordering data files, preparing correspondence, and target market analysis. Relies on experience and judgment to plan, and is solution driven. Must be able to multi-task while remaining efficient in order to meet assigned deadlines. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Epsilon is a company built on data and digital technology, thus, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Excel and possess analytic thinking skills.

Responsibilities
Proposal preparation, presentation preparation, and campaign management
Consumer demographics, database searches, and analysis
Proof submissions, corrections, and approvals
Develop and deliver progress reports and required documentation (i.e. forecast, ROI, campaign results, and sales strategy)
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans
Update contacts in Salesforce.
Support billing process, credit issues, open orders and nonpayment issues.
Understand departmental needs with respect to workflow processes, procedures and deadlines
Create and provide reports both internally and externally to aid in the target marketing of print and digital campaigns
Manage the campaign launching process including campaign decks, tracking set up and assisting account managers to ensure client satisfaction
Manage daily workflow as an individual and team to best meet production deadlines
Coordinate with departments to develop the best processes and practices to ensure that customer requirements are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Stay current with developments in online advertising, advertising technology and online media
Analyze all internal reports to ensure data integrity and that best practices are being met


Position Requirements
College degree and at least 2years of experience in sales or account management
Familiarity in Direct Mail and Digital Marketing
Familiar with client management software, Salesforce knowledge is preferred

Familiar with digital platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, contractors, and other departments
Strong written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities
Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors.
Strong ability to effectively prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high pressure situations
Adept at conducting research into sales-related issues and products
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Must have strong Customer service skills
