Job Description

The Creative Group is working with a luxury service industry for a VP of Marketing and Sales to lead the planning, implementation, marketing strategy for its growing market. This role will split time between Vancouver and the beautiful Victoria Islands. This will be a great opportunity to grow and train a sales and marketing team and build strong relationships in the travel industry. This role will act as the ambassador of the brand for the travel and tourism industry and grow it to as large as possible. Contact us today to learn more!


About You:


  • Excellent business (verbal/written) communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a relevant area
  • 7 or more years of experience leading sales teams selling in travel, tourism, and events management
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems and marketing automation tools is desired
  • Ability to build and manage cohesive teams
  • Ability to work independently and proven effectiveness at managing multiple priorities/deadlines
  • Resilience to cope with pressure at peak times
