An exciting job opportunity as a Regional Sales & Marketing Specialist has become available to join a privately owned investment firm who actively owns and manages multi-family residential buildings across Canada, focused on both domestic and international real estate investments, and can be described as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies. This company currently manages a quality portfolio of multi-family residential buildings and residential suites well located in approximately thirty cities and five provinces across Canada, including throughout Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia. Based in Calgary, this is a permanent job that provides a competitive compensation package, including benefits.
Your new role
As the Regional Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will support a diverse portfolio of activities in the Prairie Region including: the management of marketing material, content development, thought leadership, digital & social media strategy, internal and external communications, award submissions and special projects. You will manage communications both internally and externally, including the company websites, social media sites, and video & photography. You will have the opportunity to develop a search engine strategy (SEO). Lastly, you will analyze marketing metrics and identify areas of strengths and opportunities, and build marketing dashboards.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a Business related degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy and sales. You have the ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively while providing sound solutions. You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Yardi would be considered an asset. Knowledge of the real estate industry and multi-residential, is an asset, and being bi-lingual in French is an asset. You possess strong organizational, time management and project managed skills and are results driven. You are able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.
