National Enterprise Sales Manager

 

 

The LFD and Mobile Sales Executive position will be responsible for managing SAMSUNG's strategic business relationships with major end user accounts in Central Canada for the Large Format Display, Hospitality TV and mobile business. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attain revenue targets and share of wallet by account for all applicable Samsung products and services. The incumbent will be responsible for generating sales plans to ensure broad penetration into large accounts and to exceed annual sales targets with named accounts within predefined territory. The incumbent will work closely with the Business Solutions organization, Samsung marketing teams and sales engineers. The incumbent will collaborate and contribute to developing and delivering executive briefings on Samsung products, solutions and services addressing customer business needs and presenting new technology innovation opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for managing, maintaining and communicating weekly their account sales funnel and forecast for assigned opportunities. Supported by the Regional Sales Leader, the incumbent will engage in the development of Senior IT decision makers, influencers and executive relationships through new levels of collaborative engagement, resulting in a long term trusted advisor partnerships between Samsung and the customer. The incumbent will work closely with Samsung marketing organizations to assist in the development and communication of ongoing end customer initiatives, including testimonials, whitepapers and case studies to further support the sale of Samsung products and services in large customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for specialty sales to achieve annual sales quotas and account share of wallet objectives for Large Format Display, Hospitality TV and mobile across Central Canada.
  • Work with Samsung marketing and solutions teams to develop and communicate our value proposition, corporate strategy, products, services and solutions to suit the specific customer requirements and opportunities.
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with key customer executive and mid manager decision makers and influencers through collaborative planning and partnerships
  • Position Samsung as the most innovative technology organization utilizing all business assets including Samsung executive management engagement, sales, marketing, product management, purchasing and technical staffs.            
  • Provide Samsung sales management and support teams with weekly call reporting, sales results information and sales funnel forecast. Ensure product forecasts are integrated into consolidated sales forecasts on a 120 day rolling basis.
  • Maintain and provide business trends and competitive strategies.
  • Work with the channel sales organization to identify the most suitable partners to deliver Samsung products and services to the end customers, ensuring a positive consistent and ongoing customer experience.
  • Maintain customer engagements, funnel activity and sales results.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly and yearly sales quotas as well as specific quarterly MBO's.  Job results are continuously monitored and discussed to ensure compliance.
  • Execute strategies designed to achieve corporate sales objectives.
  • Maintain constant open lines of communication daily or as necessary.
  • Manage and submit all team and personal weekly reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Commercial IT end user sales (Independent of fulfillment channel), preferably in the display marketplace.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to present to Sr. executives internally and externally.
  • Strong product knowledge and competitive expertise.
  • Microsoft Office skills experience a must.
  • Limited international travel.
  • Industry experience in one or more of Desktop display, large format display, Hospitality TV and mobile is preferable
