Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Sr. Coordinator, Marketing & Communications, is responsible for marketing and communications content and collateral to support the business objectives of OMA Insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Research, write and coordinate the delivery of strategically-written copy/content for a variety of audiences, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of the audience, ensuring all marketing communications materials adhere to brand and industry compliance standards, facilitating the publishing of documents/materials and communicating rollouts to department and other stakeholders as applicable. Content may include sales aids, case studies, website copy, brochures, emails, articles, and social media posts.
- Monitor on an ongoing basis the effectiveness and relevance of existing marketing strategies including realization of content objectives, campaign goals, user experience of digital assets. Identify opportunities to improve marketing and communication services provided and enhance the customer experience, monitoring industry best practices and emerging trends and presenting recommendations for management approval.
- Lead marketing and communication projects to ensure OMA Insurance plans, events, presentations and campaigns are effectively implemented, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and finalize project plans and coordinate working sessions, managing deliverables, resources, project tasks, budgets and timelines to ensure outcomes are achieved, monitoring project progress, and preparing regular status reports and project updates.
- Manage relationship with vendors and external service providers to ensure optimal service and product delivery, monitoring vendor performance and managing delivery timelines and expectations to ensure OMA Insurance marketing needs continue to be met.
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Experience: 6-9 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
