Job Description

Position Overview

We’re searching for a strategic, confident, results-focused marketer who’s looking for a progressive opportunity, to join our marketing team.

Skilled in executing complex and varied campaigns, you understand how to market to a wide range of audiences using multiple channels under time-sensitive deadlines. You’re also a proficient relationship manager and able to confidently influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.


Marketing Program Development and Management

  • Implement and co-ordinate marketing programs including timelines, resources, project execution and campaign reporting
  • Work closely with Marketing Leads in executing strategic company initiatives and programs
  • Support our business partners (intermediaries, internal stakeholders, groups and affiliates) with the delivery of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C programs
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors, agencies and internal teams to develop, implement and measure marketing programs

Project Planning and Management

  • Lead projects and establish project plans
  • Ensure all deliverables are on time and budget, and at a high quality

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships to ensure programs deliver on all needs and objectives
  • Demonstrate superior quality service, professionalism and collaboration with all stakeholders

Agency Management

  • Superior vendor relationship management
  • Strong negotiation skills

Project/Campaign Management Skills

  • Capable and deeply experienced in implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Experience working autonomously, demonstrating cross-functional leadership and a strong sense of project ownership
  • Ability to influence others and comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Consult with internal and external clients to understand audience needs and translate them into effective marketing and communications strategies/tactics
  • Advanced verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strategic thinker willing to share ideas and help shape solutions
  • Self-motivator with ability to act on own initiative,
  • Superb time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Ability to problem solve and deal effectively and efficiently with others
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills

  • Marketing or Business Degree/Diploma (University/College)
  • At least 7 years of agency or financial industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing environment
  • Minimum 7 years marketing campaign/project experience
  • Understand marketing and performance metrics (online and offline)
  • Experience with eCRM management and enterprise email solutions (i.e. MailChimp, Adobe, Marketo)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Work well under pressure
