Under the immediate authority of the Marketing Manager, the incumbent contributes to the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies to support the development of the various distribution channels within the individual insurance and financial services line of business.
Contributes to the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies to stimulate sales.
Supervises or participates in the design, writing, production and updating of sales support materials, marketing tools, printed or electronic communications to promote products or services.
Collaborates in the organization and conduct of events for the sales force by participating in the design of the event and providing logistical support or coordinating various activities.
Collaborates in the design and implementation of sales stimulation programs.
Provides support to the sales force, including responding to requests from financial security advisors.
Contributes to the design or management of e-mail campaigns and the development of content on various platforms (print, social media, etc.).
Contributes to the management of direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of shipment and production of material.
Drive and manage the business line Social Media presence. Research and recommend entry into, and ongoing initiatives, for the business line presence. Collaborate with La Capitale’s Marketing team to ensure LCFS’ alignment and compliance with La Capitale’s Social Media position and ongoing handling.
Act as a project manager or active support to the team in the realization of marketing projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, communications or related discipline
One to two years of relevant experience
Solid creative writing and business writing skills
Ability to quickly develop relationships with staff, managers and executives and establish shared targets and objectives.
Solid experience in website content writing and content management.
Ability to interview all levels of employees, including executives, to understand define and build marketing plans corresponding to the needs of various stakeholders.
Experience with InDesign, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional software (Premier and After Effects) preferred.
Knowledge of social media required
Knowledge of Marketing project management, marketing ROI calculation
Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional organization and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
Ability to work well individually or as part of a team in completing projects and task assignments.
Must have initiative and the ability to self-motivate
Knowledge of Financial services, web marketing, content marketing and proficiency in English are important assets.
