Job Description

The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for implementing a robust online marketing strategy including SEM, email marketing, social media and website content updates. This highly visible role will work with our clinics and external agencies to create world-class digital marketing programs that support the company’s business and brand objectives. Additionally, the role will support the broader needs of the Marketing Department including strategic and tactical management of integrated marketing programs as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Develop a unique and fresh digital presence that would drive competitive advantage
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Managing each division’s website
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Monitor “chatter” on all social media channels; assist in crafting brand appropriate responses
  • Produce monthly social media report
  • Integrated Marketing. Support the Marketing Department by managing initiatives that include both traditional and digital components.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in working collaboratively with external communications
  • Strong understanding of website analytics programs; familiarity with website CMS platforms
  • Strategic analyses and critical thinking
  • Extremely detail oriented and analytical
  • Hands on experience with email list management and email service provider platforms
  • Ability to audit SEO / Site Content
  • Exceptional project and account management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to establish and meet schedules
