Job Description

CAA is looking for a Manager, P&C Insurance Marketing.  Reporting to the Director, Insurance Marketing, this role will lead the members of the P&C Insurance Marketing team in support of the growth of the Home, Auto and Life/Health/Dental insurance businesses. The Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive insurance marketing strategy which drives Insurance Member penetration at CAA Club Group and various CAA Club partners. This role also supports the development and execution of the Life, Health and Dental Insurance marketing strategy which is primarily managed by a 3rd party underwriter. 

  • A University degree in a related discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience in the Insurance industry.  (Note: this experience is a MUST have)
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Proven superior relationship management skills
  • Capabilities in delivering a wide range of marketing solutions based on great ideas and solid insights
  • Demonstrated wide range of technical competencies: Brief developement, vendor management, writing, editing, project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Office proficiency – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
