Job Description

Our Marketing team is looking for a driven and passionate Marketing Specialist, Insurance (P&C) to join our team!!!

In this role, you will be working on thing like:

  • Assist in developing an insurance plan by channel, working collaboratively with the Insurance Call Centre, CAASCO Retail Distribution Channel, CAA Partner clubs and eChannel
  • Deploy campaigns that achieve or exceed Insurance sales targets within allocated budgets and oversee expense allocations to support marketing strategies and programs for SCO and Partner Clubs
  • Develop, implement and manage acquisition campaign strategies and tactics in order to meet insurance sales targets as per the business plan.
  • Track and analyze campaign results to impact future marketing strategies
  • Employ a ‘test-and-learn’ approach to all marketing activities to drive focus on continuous improvement of marketing efficiency
  • Minimum of 4 years of Marketing experience
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Marketing campaign management and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large scale direct marketing (direct mail) initiatives
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, practices and standards
  • Experience in the Financial Services/Insurance sectors would be an asset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
