Job Description

Position Summary
The Marketing Execution team is responsible to drive the contextual and relevant delivery of communications to the right customers at the right time in the right channel.
A successful analyst in this role must thrive in a fast-moving, multi-dimensional environment. He/she will be results oriented, flexible and have a “can do” positive attitude.
The successful analyst will play a crucial role in helping CTFS business and marketing teams evolve their customer communications through campaign design and execution.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Interpretation of  business requirements to deliver high quality campaign execution and data governance
  • Manage and drive the development, execution and quality of new and ongoing campaigns
  • Understand business problems in order to develop innovative and practical solutions that deliver high quality services to the cross-functional business teams
  • Conduct campaign audits, review data outputs and live campaigns to ensure high quality campaigns development and delivery
  • Work collaboratively with team to assess, design and deliver high quality solutions to internal partners
  • Constantly assess current environment to drive continuous process improvement opportunities


  • Experience and proficiency with campaign design, execution methods and tools such as IBM Campaign (Unica) (5+ years)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to manage within tight deadlines, adapt to changing deadlines and prioritize multiple deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in SAS / Unix considered an asset
  • Experience in Data  Governance considered an asset
