Permanent Full Time Position
Under the direction of the Manager, National Outreach and Sponsorship, the Corporate Outreach and Sponsorship Coordinator coordinates outreach and sponsorship programs in accordance with policy and procedures. He/she coordinates and participates in meetings, conferences and working groups for corporate outreach and sponsorship to assist with the planning of events, scheduled work, data compilation and briefings. He/she coordinates the development of marketing campaigns for outreach programs and the development of exhibit strategies at events, tradeshows and expos. He/she contributes to the production of communication materials such as brochures, reports, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, letters of appreciation, speaking notes, press releases, testimonials, web content, social media posts, sponsorship proposals and memorandum of understanding (MOUs).
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field AND some years of experience marketing, corporate fundraising, event planning or a related field
High school diploma AND several years of experience in marketing, corporate fundraising, event planning or a related field
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience
Language requirement: Bilingual Mandatory
Second Official Language Proficiency

- In applying policies, procedures and regulations
- In office administration

Salary: $44,610 - $52,490 per annum
Relocation: Relocation benefits will not be provided.
