Under the direction of the Manager, National Outreach and Sponsorship, the Partnership Development Specialist administers the delivery of Non-Public Property (NPP) Sponsorship and Donations programs for the Canadian Forces Morale & Welfare Services (CFMWS). She/He organizes Strategic Outreach events, solicits sponsor, arranges venues, entertainment, audio-visual, attends planning meetings, leads volunteer committees, and produces event promotional materials while keeping internal/external stakeholders and the Chain of Command engaged and informed. She/He provides input and recommendations into the development of an overall Strategic Outreach and Sponsorship and Donations strategy. She/He negotiates collaborative arrangements with Industry Partners, drafts MOU’s and Annex’s, issues invoices and keep precise records of donations or support as per NPP policies. She/He updates and maintains current the Strategic Outreach and Sponsorship and Donations section of the corporate website.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or in a related field, AND some years of experience in fundraising, corporate event planning and management, investors relations, marketing or in a related field
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or in a related field, AND several years of experience in fundraising, corporate event planning and management, investors relations or in a related field
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience.

Salary: $56,950 - $67,040 per annum
