We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for Permanent full time position. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a fast paced, customer driven environment, with a background in sales. Responsibilities include servicing our existing customer base and attracting new customers from telephone and internet inquiries. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will contribute to your success within our organization

The ideal candidate should possess these abilities:
- Previous experience (2 years telemarketing & outbound calling experience)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Great Plains ERP or similar software an asset
- Great telephone manners & communication skills with the ability to use “positive language”
- Previous Customer Service, order desk or inbound sales experience
- Reliable and Punctual
- High school or equivalent
- Assertive and driven
Complete training is provided and a chance to advance in a growing company.
This is a permanent full time position Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Starting @ $14.00 /hr. (plus benefits upon probation period).
