Job Description

The Manager, Single Gift Campaigns is responsible for implementing the strategy and day to day execution of the Symbolic Giving, Tribute and Lottery programs. In this role, the Manager will execute innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns. The position reports to the Associate Director, DDM.


Specific duties include:

  • Contribute to the development of one-time gift business plans and campaign strategies
  • Support the development of revenue/expense forecasting, reporting
  • Execute consistent and compelling one-time gift marketing (Digital, Direct & Mass) campaigns
  • Foster cooperative relations with internal teams & external partners
  • Build campaign briefs and prepare and present post analysis
  • Monitor results and make recommendations for optimization
  • Gather and present competitive analysis and new ideas


The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Post-secondary degree required, with an MBA an asset
  • 3-5 years relevant experience as an exceptional marketer with proven experience of developing programs and campaigns that drove results
  • Strong business & financial acumen
  • Experience in executing data-driven direct & digital campaigns
  • Experience with results tracking, analysis and budget control reporting
  • Experience working with agency partners
  • Superior communication skills in addition to well-developed presentation abilities
  • Knowledge or experience with Not-for-Profit environment an asset
